ORDERING ITEMS
We accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express, and PayPal, as well as certified checks or money orders. You can buy products directly from our website, fax, phone, or via postal mail. We do not charge customers cards until we actually ship the product. We will contact you if there are any major delays or product availability problems. Call or e-mail us if you have any questions.
RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY
Because we are in the business of selling AUTHENTIC celebrity memorabilia, we offer a limited return policy. We offer refunds or exchanges ONLY under these conditions: If an item is declared not to be authentic by a customer, that customer may be required to supply a written opinion of one competent authority acceptable to us. At that time, with return of certificate of authenticity and the piece in question, we shall immediately refund the purchase price.
PRIVACY POLICY
As collectors ourselves, we appreciate our privacy and respect that of all of our customers. Therefore, we will not sell, share, trade, or give any personal information to outside companies or people. This includes, of course, any and all customer e-mail addresses.
