Gary Cooper

Two-time Academy Award winner Gary Cooper was best known for his quiet, understated acting style and intense screen persona.  Nominated for five Oscars and winning Best Actor for Sergeant York and High Noon, Gary Cooper has been ranked as the 11th highest rated actor by the American Film Institute during the 100 Years - 100 Stars celebration.  His career spanned from 1925 until his death in 1961 at age 60.
 

    

This beautiful antique ivory colored vintage scarf was owned and worn by Gary Cooper.  46" in length, the heavy ivory satin features a light cloud design and fringed ends.  The item was acquired from the original estate sale following his death.
