A: We get our merchandise directly from studios and celebritie prop masters as well as other collectors and celebrities themselves.

Q: How do I know its real?
A: Star Wares Collectibles has been business for over fifteen years and in that time we have worked very hard to maintain a reputation of offering only authentic pieces. We stand behind every piece we sell. Each item is accompanied by a certificate of authenticity which is recognized by auction houses, memorabilia dealers and collectors the world over. By working so closely with the entertainment industry most of our items come from a direct source.

Q: What types of merchandise do you offer?
A: Several - We offer props and wardrobe from film/television, personal items of celebrities from the golden age of Hollywood to today's Box Office Stars, then we have our 'Celebrity Closet', which are items that are here directly from the celebrities themselves, with up to 50% of the proceeds going to charity.

A: You may place your order directly from our secure site using your Visa/Mastercard or American Express. Or you may call our store at 818-707-8500. Money Orders and Personal Checks are also accepted. Sorry no C.O.D.s.

Q: How long will it take to process and ship my order?
A: Up to one week after your payment has cleared.

Q: How are orders shipped?
A: All orders are shipped fully insured via United Parcel Service with a signature required on all packages. Overnight, 2 Day, and 3 Day services are available at an additional charge. The Buyer is responsible for all shipping charges incurred including insurance, packing and duty. We also use Federal Express, DHL and other independent shipping companies for larger items that require special handling.

Q: What is the minimum shipping charge?
A: There is a $12.95 minimum fee for shipping.
